Celebrating Irish Theatre on August 28th

Fly with Stones
August 28, 5-7pm at the Irving Greenberg Theatre Centre
You are cordially invited to come celebrate the work of Irish playwright, Marie Jones, whose work is coming to Ottawa. Stones in His Pockets will be running at The Gladstone Theatre from September 7 - 29 and Fly Me to the Moon at the Great Canadian Theatre Company from October 30 - November 18, both directed by John P. Kelly.

We'd like you to come celebrate it with us on August 28th from 5 pm to 7pm at an event we are calling "Fly with Stones". This one-of-a-kind event at the Irving Greenberg Theatre Centre will celebrate the work of Marie Jones. The evening will feature actors from both plays in a script-off for the audience,. The female cast of Fly Me to the Moon will read from that play and the male cast of Stones in His Pockets will read from theirs and then they will switch and read from each others. Come celebrate Irish culture, the work of Marie Jones, and the coming together of GCTC and The Gladstone Theatre with some Irish themed music, food and drinks.

No RSVP necessary. Send this to anyone who loves theatre and everything Irish
